His career has focused on bringing tools, systems and technologies to the market that have made a material impact on the top and bottom line performance of the clients he has served.
An accomplished expert in change management, leadership, and the development of strong brands, Bob has more than three decades of domestic and international experience. He is a leading expert in the field of business communications and currently speaks on personal branding and reputation management. Recently he has presented for the Governor’s Small Business Forums, trained speakers for the Greater Irving-Las Colinas Chamber, and also conducted workshops and one-on-one executive coaching.
He has recently partnered with Rise Performance Group to support organizations and cities in elevating performance by acquiring talented, engaged employees, and developing strong leadership.
Prior to founding Rise Performance Group, Joe Corona had a 25 year career leading organization transformation projects in several industries that include: financial services, manufacturing, retail sales, business development, and quality and compliance. Joe has developed a strong passion for helping organizations optimize their most valuable asset – their leaders! The increasing demands on organizations and leaders today make it very difficult to maintain sound organization fundamentals that we all know are essential to achieve sustained performance. His leadership and organization development experience have helped clients improve overall performance by elevating employee engagement levels.
