Mark Fenner

Mark inspires CEO’s, owners and their leadership teams to think bigger, act bolder and make an even greater impact on their company, its employees and their communities.

For more than 30 years, Mark has been inspiring individuals and teams to find their strengths, overcome limiting beliefs and reach their true potential. He has the experience necessary to help CEOs and their teams manage the most dangerous phase of a mid-market firm: scaling up.

Mark’s ability to inspire others to rise up starts with belief. Mark believes there’s a hidden giant in all of us just waiting to be unleashed. When a person gains confidence, shares a common purpose with teammates and has a compelling future, the results can be monumental.

Mark leverages an extensive set of tools to help clients create transformation. For 35 years, Mark has been studying and applying strategies from prominent thought leaders, past and present. This deep array of resources provides multiple ways for clients to solve problems and create breakthroughs.

Connecting with people, no matter where they are on their journey, is one of Mark’s greatest gifts. This facilitates the buy-in and trust necessary for Mark to inspire transformation. Samina Hooda

Samina Hooda has joined Rise Performance Group as a consulting partner which continues her 15+ journey of leading talent development initiatives in oil and gas, healthcare and non-profit organizations.

With a belief in possibilities of human potential, she partners with companies to create talent and leadership development solutions to create alignment with organizational vision, a culture of self-leadership and a growth mindset.

As a life-long learner, Samina combines her Bachelors in Architecture, Masters in Applied Technology and Performance Improvement, Masters Certificate in Professional and Executive Coaching and various certifications to offer a diverse set of expertise to fulfil the need of her clients.

Recently, she worked with the US Department of Labor in creating an apprenticeship program to develop industry expertise and leadership skills of healthcare-experienced veterans in order to prepare them to acquire meaningful careers in the healthcare industry. 

As a community leader, Samina has the privilege of pro-bono coaching Dallas based non-profit leaders, being on the board of World Affairs Council of DFW and serving as a Communications Coordinator for the Aga Khan Council for the Central United States.

In her own optimization, humanistic solutions and service leadership drive her; Travel, nature, and mindfulness energize her; Culture, art and architecture entice her; Family, friends and faith sustain her. In essence, she finds fulfillment in enabling environments where human communities thrive.

As a Consulting Partner, Samina will lead Rise Performance Group clients in the scaling up of their people. From hiring the right people, aligning them to organizational vision, developing self-awareness, forming a leadership identity and creating a culture of engagement to facilitate a growth mindset.
