Press Release: Mark Fenner Will Lead Dallas Business Journal Workshop Series on Creating Raving Fan Clients

Creating Raving Fan Clients

DALLAS, January 27, 2016 – Mark Fenner, President of Rise Performance Group, will conduct a series of monthly workshops, sponsored by the Dallas Business Journal, on how to service customers and clients in a way that drives them to help you market and build your business.

The first workshop in the series is February 10, at the Dallas Business Journal offices at 2515 McKinney Avenue in Dallas. It is titled “Create Raving Fan Clients Through a Raving Fan Culture.” The idea, Fenner explained, is that when your business creates raving fans, those people tell others good things about you and encourage them to do business with you.

Through the four-workshop series, Fenner will show how an organization can create the internal culture necessary to provide the level of service that generates raving fan customers and clients, as well as how it can maintain that high level of service on an ongoing basis.

“In a world where people are overwhelmed with advertising and promotional messages, there is really no better way to stand out from the crowd than to have your customers do your outreach for you,” Fenner explained. “When someone’s friend or relative has high praise for a company, they are much more likely to trust that company with their business. That’s what this workshop series is all about, how to turn your customers into a virtual sales force for you.”

“We welcome the chance to partner with Mark and bring this workshop series to our readers,” said Eileen Kornmeyer, Audience Development Director of the Dallas Business Journal. “Mark is well known in this area as an expert in leadership development. His series will help people learn how to lead their teams and their companies to deliver the top-flight service that generates raving fans.”

The initial workshop, from 7:30 to 10 a.m. on February 10, costs $55, and interested individuals can register here.
