DALLAS, January 27, 2016 – Mark Fenner, President of Rise Performance Group, will conduct a series of monthly workshops, sponsored by the Dallas Business Journal, on how to service customers and clients in a way that drives them to help you market and build your business.
The first workshop in the series is February 10, at the Dallas Business Journal offices at 2515 McKinney Avenue in Dallas. It is titled “Create Raving Fan Clients Through a Raving Fan Culture.” The idea, Fenner explained, is that when your business creates raving fans, those people tell others good things about you and encourage them to do business with you.
Through the four-workshop series, Fenner will show how an organization can create the internal culture necessary to provide the level of service that generates raving fan customers and clients, as well as how it can maintain that high level of service on an ongoing basis.
